Arika Tour & Travels Pvt Ltd (“Arika Group”), A/15, 1st Floor, Virwani Industrial Estate, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (East), Mumbai 400063, is the data fiduciary for information submitted on arika.co.in.

What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry, feedback or career forms: name, contact details, travel or event details, your message, and a CV if you attach one. We record a hashed (not raw) IP address to prevent abuse.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and provide the service you asked about, on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on each form (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Feedback is used to improve our service. Applications are used to consider you for a role.

Who sees it

The Arika desk your enquiry is routed to, and our central sales record (sales@arika.co.in). Décor enquiries are routed to Minnt Green Decor, a separate entity. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Our processors are Supabase (database, hosted in Mumbai), Zoho ZeptoMail (email) and Vercel (hosting).

How long

Enquiries and feedback: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Career applications: 12 months. You may ask us to correct or erase your data at any time by writing to sales@arika.co.in; we respond within 30 days.
