Your data, held plainly.

What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry form: name, contact details, travel or event details and your message. Career applications sent to hr@arika.co.in are held the same way. We record a hashed (not raw) IP address to prevent abuse, and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign it came from.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and provide the service you asked about, on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Applications are used to consider you for a role.

Who sees it

The Arika desk your enquiry is routed to, and our central sales record (sales@arika.co.in). We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Our processors are Supabase (database, hosted in Mumbai), Zoho Mail (email) and Vercel (hosting).

How long

Enquiries: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Career applications: 12 months. You may ask us to correct or erase your data at any time by writing to sales@arika.co.in; we respond within 30 days.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. Where Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement is enabled, it is used only to understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.
