Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry creates no contract. Bookings, fees and terms are confirmed in writing by the relevant desk. Visa outcomes are decided by the issuing authority; Arika prepares and submits applications and cannot guarantee approval.

Figures and partners

Figures on this site are drawn from our company records. Partner and client names indicate working relationships and do not imply endorsement by those organisations.

Intellectual property

The Arika name, logo and brand elements are the property of Arika Tour & Travels Pvt Ltd. Minnt Green Decor is a separate entity with its own identity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
