Arika Event is the events practice of Arika Group, established in Mumbai in 2012 and led by Vaibhav Kejriwal since 2013. It curates weddings, corporate galas, award nights and high-concept productions at venues most can only request, drawing on three decades of hotel relationships and the group's own travel, licensing and décor teams.

Décor is delivered by Minnt Green Decor, a separate design studio, exclusive panelist at seven five-star Mumbai hotels. They work alongside our events team constantly.

    What does an event management company in Mumbai actually do for you?

    Arika Event sources and negotiates the venue, proposes and manages vendors, produces the stage, sound and light, arranges guest travel and rooms, secures music licences and coordinates décor — as one accountable programme, or as a hotel-only booking if that is all you need.

    In practice: a recce with you at shortlisted venues, negotiation on your behalf using relationships built since 1994, a vendor slate with our own quotes on top, milestone-based payments, and a production team on site from load-in to curtain-call. Guest flights, room blocks and licences are handled by the same house.

    Can I book only the venue through Arika?

    Yes. Hotel-only bookings are a real and common option — our relationships and negotiation, your management. Fully managed events add vendors, coordination and execution on a management fee.

    Hotel-only is common and honest: you want the room block or the ballroom at a rate a cold enquiry would not get, and you will run the rest yourself. Fully managed adds vendors, coordination and execution on a management fee agreed upfront — either a percentage of event value or a flat sum.

    Payments run to milestones — an advance on confirmation sized to cover hotel and early vendor commitments, then staged payments in the months before, and a final payment just before the event. You are billed one reconciled amount; vendor-level economics are ours to manage.

No — but our relationships are why a venue that is "fully booked" sometimes isn't. We work wherever you want to be.

02Can I book only the venue through you?

Yes. Hotel-only bookings are a real and common option — our negotiation, your management.

04Do you handle décor?

Décor is delivered by Minnt Green Decor, a separate design studio, invoiced separately as its own studio. They work alongside our events team constantly.

05Do you manage events in Goregaon and Mumbai's western suburbs?

Yes. Arika Event is based in Mumbai and produces weddings, galas and corporate events across the city — the western suburbs included — and at destination venues across India.

06Do you handle guests travelling in from outside the city?

Yes — flights, room blocks, transfers and visas for international guests, all in-house.
