The desk

One programme, not four vendors.

Arika's MICE practice is a Mumbai-based meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions service that runs delegate travel, venues, accommodation, transfers and production as one accountable programme. Because the same house holds IATA ticketing, a visa desk, hotel relationships and an events team, a conference is one programme rather than four vendors.

Why this house

Single point of accountability.

Six things that make a conference one programme.

  1. I

    Single-window command

Travel, venue, transfers, production and accommodation on one accountable programme.

  2. II

    Senior-led account governance

A director stays attached to the programme, not just the pitch.

  3. III

    Thirty years of hotel access

Venues most organisers can only request.

  4. IV

    In-house delegate travel

IATA ticketing and visa processing under the same roof — which matters when forty passports need to move.

  5. V

    Music and performance licences arranged

PPL, Novex, IPRS and RMPL, handled in-house.

  6. VI

    Décor through our sister studio

Minnt Green Decor, for galas and award nights that need an environment rather than a stage.

Straight answers

What people ask before they brief us.

Three questions organisers ask before a programme opens, answered plainly.

  1. 01

What size MICE programmes does Arika handle?

From a boardroom delegation to conventions in the thousands — 250+ major events across 50+ large corporates, with delegate travel, venue, accommodation and production run as one programme.

A conference is four programmes pretending to be one: delegate travel, accommodation, venue and production. We run them as one because we hold all four — IATA ticketing, hotel relationships, an events team and a licensing desk — so a change in delegate numbers moves through every layer from one desk.

  2. 02

Do you handle delegate travel as well as the conference?

Yes — that is the point of the house. Flights on our own IATA accreditation, visas by our own desk, hotels through our own relationships, transfers by our own teams.

Delegate travel is issued on our own IATA number, visas are processed by our own desk with one case owner per delegation, and hotels are negotiated by the people who negotiate with them daily. Transfers, registration and on-site management sit with the same programme team.

  3. 03

Can you arrange incentive travel abroad?

Yes. Incentive programmes are designed bespoke and routed through our destination partners in the host country, with visas and forex handled by our own desks.

Incentive programmes abroad are designed bespoke with our destination partners in the host country, priced against aggregator rates, and documented by our visa and forex desks. Corporate governance stays senior-led: a director remains attached to the account through delivery.

Questions

Asked often.

Short answers. If yours is not here, the events desk picks up.

01What size programmes do you handle?

From a boardroom delegation to conventions in the thousands. Two hundred and fifty-plus major events handled, across fifty-plus large corporates.

02Do you handle delegate travel as well as the event?

Yes. Flights on our own IATA accreditation, visas by our own desk, hotels through our own relationships.

03Can you manage incentive travel abroad?

Yes. Incentive programmes are designed bespoke and routed through our destination partners in the host country.

04Do you arrange the music licences?

Yes. Commercial music at a corporate event needs a licence from PPL, Novex, IPRS or RMPL. We are an aggregator across all four.

05Who owns the account once we sign?

A senior member of the house, with a director attached. Personal accountability is not delegated here.
