Arika’s visa desk is a visa consultant and documentation practice in Goregaon East, Mumbai, processing visas since 1994. We handle tourist, business, student, medical, visitor and transit visas — including Schengen, UK, USA, UAE and Dubai, Singapore and other destinations — with one case owner from document check to passport in hand. The same desk assists with Indian passport applications and renewals.

We do not take work, employment, dependant or spouse applications.

    Beyond passport and photograph, most files need proof of travel, accommodation, funds and purpose. Where a consulate expects an employer letter or a purpose-of-travel letter, we draft it for your signature. Every file is checked against that consulate's current list before it leaves our office, because a returned file costs you weeks.

    How much do visa agents in Mumbai charge?

    Our service fee is quoted in writing with your document checklist before any work begins, and it is shown separately from the consulate and visa-centre fees each government sets. Nothing is added after submission.

    Fees differ by destination because the work differs: a UAE e-visa is a short file, while a Schengen, UK or US application is a full dossier with appointment handling and a briefing before you attend. We tell you the total — our fee plus the official fees — at the start, so the only thing you wait for is the date your passport comes back.

    You can begin without visiting: send your passport scan and photograph by email or WhatsApp and we send the destination checklist back. Our own team submits at VFS and the consulates in Mumbai and collects the passport on approval; the only appointment you attend in person is biometrics, where a sovereignty requires it.

    Do you help with passport renewal in Mumbai?

    Yes. The visa desk assists with new Indian passport applications and renewals: the online form, the document checklist, the Passport Seva appointment and the follow-up. The passport itself is issued only by the Passport Seva Kendra; we prepare the file so the appointment goes right the first time.

    Most renewals need the current passport, address and date-of-birth proof and photographs to the current specification; we check each against the Passport Seva list before the appointment is booked, and tell you when a Tatkal slot is worth taking. Many clients renew with us because the visa that follows depends on the passport being right — the same desk holds both.

01Which visas do you process?

Tourist, business, student, medical, visitor and transit visas, including Schengen multi-country applications. We do not process work, employment, dependant or spouse visas.

02Why do you not handle work or spouse visas?

Both are long-running, document-heavy categories that need months of back-and-forth with an employer or a sponsor. We would rather say no than hold a file we cannot move at the pace the rest of this desk works at.

03What documents do I need to start?

For most applications, a passport scan and a photograph are enough to begin. Some destinations — UAE among them — need very little more. We send you a destination-specific checklist first.

04Do you submit the application for me?

Yes. Our own field team submits at VFS and the consulates in Mumbai and collects your passport on approval.

08Can you help with US, UK and Schengen visa appointments and forms?

Yes. We complete the forms — the DS-160 for the USA, the UK online application, the Schengen application — arrange the appointment, prepare the file and tell you what to expect on the day.

09Do you help with passport applications and renewals?

Yes, as a service of the visa desk: the online application, document check, Passport Seva appointment and follow-up, for new passports and renewals. Passports are issued only by Passport Seva; we prepare and track the application.

10Do you handle visas for corporate travel desks?

Yes. Corporate desks send us employee applications by email and we manage them as a batch with one point of contact.
