A relationship that answers the phone.

We do not sell bookings — we sell access.

The desk

Issued on our own number.

Arika's ticketing desk is an IATA-accredited air ticketing agent in Goregaon East, Mumbai, issuing directly through BSP on IATA number 14359656 since 1994. We book domestic and international flights for corporate travel desks, groups, families and individuals, and own every reissue and cancellation with a named person rather than a queue.

Why this desk

Access, not bookings.

Six things that separate a ticketing desk from a booking site.

  1. I

    Direct IATA BSP ticketing

Our own IATA number, not a reseller's. Tickets are issued directly, which is why a reissue has no third party in the way.

  2. II

    Amadeus GDS access

Full inventory, fare rules read properly before you book, not after.

  3. III

    Corporate billing terms

Established accounts are issued first and billed on statement; approvals move over email at the pace your desk works.

  4. IV

    Reissue and cancellation ownership

A named person owns the change, including the awkward ones.

  5. V

    Group movement

Moving forty people is a different discipline from booking one seat. We treat it as one.

  6. VI

    Thirty years of carrier relationships

Air India, IndiGo, Emirates, Qatar Airways, British Airways and the major global carriers.

Straight answers

What people ask before they fly.

Three questions the ticketing desk hears every week, answered the way we answer them on the phone.

  1. 01

Are you an IATA-accredited travel agent in Mumbai?

Yes. Arika holds IATA accreditation 14359656 and issues tickets directly through BSP. Most tickets are issued on our own number rather than through a consolidator, which is why reissues happen without a third party in the way.

Direct BSP issuance means the ticket is ours from the moment it is issued: reissues, refunds and schedule-change reaccommodation are handled desk-to-airline rather than through a consolidator's queue. Partner stock is used only where a fare demands it.

  2. 02

How does corporate flight booking work with Arika?

Established corporate accounts send rate requests and approvals by email, tickets are issued first and billed on statement under agreed credit terms, and a named person in the ticketing team owns every change.

Corporate desks send rate requests by email; we return Amadeus options with fare rules already read, the desk approves, and the PNR is issued under agreed credit terms with statement billing, on terms written into a per-account agreement.

  3. 03

What happens if I need to change or cancel a ticket?

A named person owns the reissue or cancellation. Airline fare differences and change fees pass through at cost; we do not add a surprise on top.

Tell the person who issued your ticket. Airline change fees and fare differences are passed through at cost and confirmed to you before anything is reissued. For established corporate accounts, goodwill adjustments are at our discretion; for everyone, the answer comes from a named person, not a helpline.
